Early Bird Conference Pass

This pass allows 1 person entry and access to attend the full day AWS Community Day Hyderabad conference and all the sessions except the workshops. Workshop access tickets are to be purchased separately. You will be provided Tea and Lunch and other refreshments like water. Subject to availability, you will also be provided with a goodies bag.

Event location details will be emailed to you after purchase of the pass.

General Terms & Conditions

a.) This ticket is non-transferable. Only the person whose name is on the ticket will be allowed in.

b.) You may also have to complete additional security checks and registrations at the location of the event to comply with the venue provider's requirements.

c.) Any personal belongings brought to the venue are your responsibility. The organizers and or the venue management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.

d.) You are expected to maintain a professional decorum at all times. Any disruptions or nuisance created by you during the event will result in ejection from the venue and forfeit of ticket amount.

e.) Please maintain a proper queue at all food counters. Do not crowd or rush around the any counters/stalls.

Refunds

Refunds can be requested up until March 3rd 2023, 23:59:59Hrs. No request for refunds will be entertained after this date.
